The room was clean and comfortable, and the wifi worked great. the key location was very convenient, with loads of restaurants, tour agencies, and mini-marts nearby. the staff at the hotel were helpful and accommodating, and they even carried our bags for us when we arrived.

The lack of breakfast and a swimming pool also made our stay less enjoyable. the thin doors in the room made it difficult to sleep due to the noise from the lobby and early morning cleaning.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the harbor and in the midst of everything. We were able to easily explore the busy Koh Phi Phi tourist hub and enjoy the beautiful beaches nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel facilities were great, with a super cold and quiet aircon in the room. It was also very clean and the bed sheets were so comfy. We loved the private terrace outside our room, providing a nice place to relax.

Just arrived at our hotel on the pier and we were warmly greeted by the staff from Indigo. They quickly helped us with our luggage and escorted us to the recently refurbished hotel. the sea-side themed decor throughout is beautiful, creating a light and airy atmosphere. Our room impresses with its big and comfy bed, even wider than me when I laid down sideways! the location is perfect, with everything right on our doorstep, and the noise from nearby bars was not an issue at all. a cozy and clean hotel with helpful staff. Highly recommend!
