For the price we paid, we got great value at Phi Phi Indigo. The room was cozy, clean, and the bed was super comfy. The location was spot on, right in the middle of all the action, and the staff treated us like family, giving us great tips and even helping with our laundry.

The breakfast experience could have been better with more variety.

The room was beautiful, sparkling clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot, humid weather. The location was perfect, right in the middle of town but surprisingly quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The staff was absolutely brilliant - friendly, helpful, and even assisted us in organizing a half-day boat trip, ensuring we didn't feel ripped off. a fantastic experience!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the wifi worked great. the key location was very convenient, with loads of restaurants, tour agencies, and mini-marts nearby. the staff at the hotel were helpful and accommodating, and they even carried our bags for us when we arrived.

The lack of breakfast and a swimming pool also made our stay less enjoyable. the thin doors in the room made it difficult to sleep due to the noise from the lobby and early morning cleaning.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the harbor and in the midst of everything. We were able to easily explore the busy Koh Phi Phi tourist hub and enjoy the beautiful beaches nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel facilities were great, with a super cold and quiet aircon in the room. It was also very clean and the bed sheets were so comfy. We loved the private terrace outside our room, providing a nice place to relax.

no swimming pool

Just arrived at our hotel on the pier and we were warmly greeted by the staff from Indigo. They quickly helped us with our luggage and escorted us to the recently refurbished hotel. the sea-side themed decor throughout is beautiful, creating a light and airy atmosphere. Our room impresses with its big and comfy bed, even wider than me when I laid down sideways! the location is perfect, with everything right on our doorstep, and the noise from nearby bars was not an issue at all. a cozy and clean hotel with helpful staff. Highly recommend!

phi phi indigo definitely exceeded my expectations! perfect location, cute decor, and super friendly staff. the room was clean and spacious, and the morning refreshments were a nice touch. we loved being just a short walk from the beach. can't wait to come back!

Lingering cigarette smell.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our time here. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything. We were just a 5-minute walk away from the pier, the beach, and numerous bars and restaurants. It made it so convenient to explore the city and enjoy the lively atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and cozy, and we were provided with a balcony in our top room, which was a lovely perk.

we had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a central location, close to shops, bars, and restaurants. It was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, giving it a charming and cozy feel reminiscent of an English seaside B&B. We also appreciated the availability of coffee and cakes at the reception in the morning. Our room, located on the top floor with a terrace, provided a sun-drenched retreat in the evenings. We were sad to leave and highly recommend this hotel.
