The location was perfect for us, just a short drive away from Surfers Paradise and the theme parks. There were plenty of shops nearby, making it convenient for us to get everything we needed. The hotel itself was surrounded by beautiful bushland, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The spacious car park was a bonus, especially when traveling with kids who love to run around outside. We enjoyed the free tennis court and mini golf, as well as the lap pool and gym at the nearby sports complex. The heated pool at the hotel was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. Our family room was spacious and well-equipped, with multiple bathrooms and a kitchenette. The rooms were serviced daily and kept clean, which made us feel comfortable and at ease. We appreciated the amenities such as Foxtel, free WiFi, and pool towels. The staff were lovely and accommodating throughout our stay. We only wish there was a toaster in the room. we highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

The food is also exceptional, with tasty and well-presented dishes that leave a lasting impression.

As a solo traveler, I thoroughly enjoyed the friendly and accommodating staff. They made me feel comfortable and special, just like family. The service and kindness were top-notch. The hotel itself was immaculate, showing great attention to cleanliness. The location was also great, and I found it to be a convenient base for exploring the area. The menu at the hotel restaurant was excellent, offering a good variety of tasty and well-presented dishes. a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

I felt very much at home during my stay at the hotel, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The family rooms were perfect for accommodating all of us in one space. The activities included in the room price kept our active kids entertained. The location was great, being a good distance from the popular attractions.

One of the showers in our room was blocked, and the issue had to be fixed by ourselves. Having to travel for food and drinks was inconvenient, as it meant someone had to be on call for driving.

We appreciated the complementary chocolates on arrival and the beautiful view from our room overlooking the city lights. The hotel was located within walking distance to some great restaurants and we enjoyed exploring the area. Another great aspect was the hotel’s proximity to a popular attraction, which made for a fun day out.

Our romantic escape was not perfect. The noise from the traffic outside was quite loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
