They provided me with delightful continental tray breakfasts to my room when breakfast wasn't available in the restaurant. the excellent dinner options, courteous staff, and well-maintained gardens made my stay enjoyable. Convenient under cover car parking, walking distance to shopping, and Botanical Gardens added to the comfort. Not to mention, the fluffy bath sheets were a luxurious touch that set this hotel apart.

The decor was outdated and shabby. the room needed maintenance and the bathroom was not clean upon arrival.
