Super clean, large modern room for way less money compared to the competition. Close to major freeways but far enough away not to hear the noise. The front desk attendants were very accommodating and provided excellent customer service.

Minor complaint, but the TV had a glitch where it went black for a few seconds every time you changed channels. It was a bit annoying in a $200 room.

The value for the money was excellent, with comfortable beds and well-planned, high-functioning rooms. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to shopping and a short drive to UW. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

Breakfast choices could be improved by offering a wider variety of non-dairy options.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Seattle for four nights. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved the amenities provided, such as the brand new tub mat for my daughter and the convenient 3-holder dispenser in the shower. The room had plenty of lighting, a desktop and chair for working, a spacious closet, and even an iron and ironing board. The bed was very comfortable and the key card worked without any issues. Additionally, they quickly changed my room to the first floor when requested, and they provided a second bed without charging me.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the updated and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room and bathroom were spacious. The temperature in the room was perfect upon arrival. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. we had a great experience at the hotel.

We did experience some noise issues from the room above due to lack of insulation in the walls, but it did not significantly impact our overall satisfaction with the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

One negative aspect was the lack of milk during breakfast on both mornings. It that the hotel ran out of milk and did not have a solution for this issue.
