We loved how close this hotel is to everything, within walking distance to popular areas. the cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel had great facilities. Parking was free and secure. Staff were friendly and super helpful.

As backpackers, loved the close proximity to the beach and Northcliffe surf club for discounted dining. Easy walk to main center and Broadbeach. Nice pool and clean rooms with great views.

We had an incredible stay at a beachfront apartment with breathtaking views of the ocean. The location was perfect for us, just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to the main market and beach area. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information. We enjoyed the small swimming pool and spa, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. it was a fantastic experience!

The pool was a bit small, but it didn't bother us as we preferred spending time at the beach.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our family with two small kids. It was close enough to walk to the Surfers Paradise area and we also had easy access to the tram, which took us to Pacific Fair. The hotel was conveniently located near both the Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach precincts, giving us plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The beach was just a short distance away, allowing us to easily enjoy the sun and sand.

There were a few cleanliness issues that we encountered during our stay. Some of the windows had not been properly cleaned, which affected the clarity of the view.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the beach with fabulous views. The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. The room amenities are great, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms is a big plus, and the leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool and spa, are top-notch. this place offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

A hodgepodge of hits and misses—liked the nearness to the beach but loathed the pitiful half-roll loo situation and the stingy quilt covering. Hurray for Darren's prompt fix-ups, but Tania's cleaning fee was a dirty move. Despite the comfy flat and heated pool fun, the chill spa was a bummer. Don't let the plentiful books distract from the apartment's dated decor. One small tip: BYO toilet paper! Cheers, a thrifty Belgian solo traveler immersed in Aussie luxury.

Our recent stay at Emerald Sands was fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main center and right by the beach. We loved being able to hear the waves at night and even had a bit of an ocean view. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a self-catering stay. The outdoor pool, spa, and BBQ area were a great bonus. The hosts, Tania and Darren, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying at Emerald Sands Apartments in Surfers Paradise.

Great location! Only a short walk to the beach and close enough to the city center to enjoy the bustling atmosphere. the room was spacious and clean. the balcony offered a beautiful view and was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. the amenities provided, such as a washing machine and dryer, made our stay even more convenient.

The room could have used some updating as it looked a bit outdated. the Wi-Fi connection was not always reliable and would drop at times, which was a small inconvenience.
