This hotel had the perfect location for our impromptu stay. It was in the centre of everything, just a short walk from very good restaurants on marine terrace, the ferry, train, buses, and great spots for breakfast. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious, with a lovely and helpful staff. We particularly enjoyed the option to "go green" and decline housekeeping, which gave us a $10 voucher to use when dining at the property.

We couldn't have asked for better value for our money. The room exceeded our expectations, especially after being given a free upgrade. The location was fantastic, with a beautiful park nearby and plenty of restaurants in the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a few more options or maybe some biscuits to have with our tea. it was a minor issue that didn't take away from the enjoyable stay we had at this hotel.

The location was central, allowing us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a lovely pool and bar area. The breakfast provided a variety of options, and the staff were willing to accommodate special requests. a warm and friendly atmosphere made our stay memorable and enjoyable.

Some facilities were closed off during our stay, such as the jacuzzi and the pool. This was disappointing as these were a main reason for choosing this hotel.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better - everything I wanted was right on my doorstep. I loved being able to walk to all the nearby cafes, restaurants, and bars. And the view from my balcony was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful park and the sea in the distance. The staff here were fantastic, especially at the reception desk and concierge desk. They provided top-notch service and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a peaceful night's sleep. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

Excellent resort-style pool, always crowded with happy kids and relaxed guests. Extended our stay and didn't want to leave. Spa in the room was a delightful surprise. Helpful and friendly staff, especially valet parking attendant who quickly retrieved our forgotten item from the car. Ideal central location for shopping, wandering, and dining out. Will definitely return!

It was also close to the ocean, which was great for relaxing walks. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was nice. this hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay with great facilities.

I had a fantastic stay at the Esplanade! The location was central to a variety of delicious eateries, pubs, and shops, all within a couple of minutes' walk. Even my 8-year-old found it easy to walk around. It was also great to have the Little Creatures Brewery right across the street. The hotel's facilities were excellent, and both pools were always tidy and perfect for swimming, especially for the kids. The staff were friendly and accommodating, promptly meeting any requests we had, such as firmer pillows. Additionally, the hotel's beautiful Colonial facade gave it a nice comfortable feel from the moment I walked in.
