I recently stayed at a hotel in the Blue Mountains for four days and had an enjoyable experience. The hotel was located in a quiet area and away from restaurants, but there were plenty of other options in the area. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The staff provided excellent service, especially at breakfast time with a variety of fresh food available. Additionally, the hotel had a relaxing spa, an indoor pool, and a play area for the kids.

That the Wi-Fi was unreliable at times.

Comfortable bed, great view from the restaurant and abundant facilities such as a games room, cinema, and gym make for a pleasant stay. The poolside area provided ample seating arrangements, and the breakfast service was efficient. Friendly and helpful staff provided a positive experience overall.

Spectacular views and delicious food. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities needed. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we had concerns about our room allocation. Although there were some setbacks like the outdoor pool being closed, the overall experience was still great. I highly recommend this hotel.

We experienced some cleanliness issues in our room, including stains on the carpet and a lack of attention to detail in terms of housekeeping. The amenities provided were also lacking, with missing items such as coffee and tissues.

I absolutely loved the range of activities that Fairmont Resort & Spa had to offer. From exploring the stunning natural surroundings to enjoying workshops and activities, there was something for everyone. Being in direct touch with nature was bliss!

We had an amazing stay at Fairmont Resort & Spa Blue Mountains! The rustic, vintage atmosphere was perfect for a family getaway. The indoor pool and play area were a hit with the kids, and they absolutely loved the train ride. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even went above and beyond to mail my daughter's lost plushie toy back to us. The customer service here is truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was fantastic! The location was amazing as it was nestled in the mountains with breathtaking views of the surrounding greenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. Room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping were all top-notch. The room was spacious and had everything I needed including an in-room safe, patio, and ironing facilities. The spa and wellness centre was the highlight for me with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The happy hour at the bar/lounge area was also a nice touch.

If you're looking for a place that caters to families with young kids, this hotel would be perfect. They had plenty of facilities and activities for children.

The hotel we stayed at during our city trip was great for families. We stayed in a spacious and clean room with comfortable beds. the food was delicious, especially the seafood buffet and the High Tea. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and spa without any issues. the hotel had great facilities for children, with play areas, train rides, ponies, duck pond, and tennis courts. the staff were friendly and welcoming.

At breakfast, the coffee was average and the buffet-style food was not up to our standards. the hotel was good, but there was room for improvement.
