It's easy to reach from the airport, making it a convenient stay for travelers. Additionally, the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service to guests.

The breakfast could use some improvement, especially the limited menu and the lack of fresh options.

We loved the convenience of the Citadines Connect's location near the airport. The shuttle service arranged through reception made our overnight stay hassle-free. The option for long-term parking was a huge plus. The hotel also had a cafe on-site, offering great views of the airport. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

While there weren't many restaurant options within walking distance, we managed to find a few fast food places nearby. However, for a wider selection, we had to walk to the Botany Road eateries, which made us a bit uneasy in the neighborhood.

We couldn't believe how convenient it was to have a paid airport shuttle, and we even got a welcome drink when we arrived. Plus, the staff were super pet-friendly and had pet amenities available.

The bathroom was absolutely luxurious with twin basins, a stunning overhead copper rain shower, and the most amazing organic Australian skincare brand amenities by Leif. I felt like royalty staying in that room.

I personally found the double vanity a bit unnecessary for my needs.

I recently stayed at Citadines Connect for a quick overnight stay before an early flight. The staff, especially Crystal, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. I loved being able to enjoy a late-night snack with a view on the penthouse level. The top floor reception area and dining facilities were funky and had a great atmosphere. The bed was super comfortable and the view of the runway and Botany Bay was awesome. I highly recommend this place!

The Easter eggs and hot cross buns left in my room were a nice touch, as was the free Wi-Fi. the hotel's proximity to the airport was the best aspect as it allowed for a quick and easy trip from the hotel to catch my flight. the room was spacious and had a good view of the city skyline.

The shuttle service was not complimentary and was actually more expensive than taking an Uber. the timing of the shuttle also didn't work well for me, so I had to opt for a more expensive alternative.

I felt safe and secure during my stay at Citadines. The staff made sure that only guests with the correct keycard were able to access their designated floors, giving me peace of mind. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is an excellent value for the money, with comfy king beds and appropriate facilities. The location is also excellent, within minutes of the domestic terminal and a few hundred meters from the domestic airport, with excellent restaurants within walking distance.

The blinds in the rooms could be darker to prevent the room from flooding with light.
