The staff were helpful and accommodating. We also enjoyed the endless options of restaurants and cafes nearby. we highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous stay in Brisbane.

The hotel lacks a mini bar in the room and the vending machine on the ground floor is not functional. It would have been more convenient to have these amenities readily available for guests.

This place was perfect for my stay. It is conveniently located in the center of CBD, walking distance from many places. The staff was extremely professional and welcoming, especially Chloe who assisted me at the front reception desk. The room was clean, quiet and had everything I needed, from the mini-bar to the sitting area. The pool area was also very nice, with heated swimming pool and sun loungers. The hotel has various amenities, like fitness centre and poolside snack bar, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed during Christmas and received two complementary gifts, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which had stunning views of the city.

The room only had one chair, making eating in the room uncomfortable. There was no designated smoking area, so we had to go outside onto the street to smoke.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms at Four Points. The sliding doors into the bathroom and toilet created an illusion of even more space. The soft-close drawers and closet doors added a touch of luxury to the room. The hotel's location in the CBD was convenient for exploring the city. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.
