Great location, modern rooms, friendly staff, special treats for anniversary, good food options.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location is convenient, with a tram stop right outside the hotel, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection is varied and offers value for money. The wait staff are friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to provide barista coffee when the coffee machine broke.

The bar should have extended hours to cater to late arrivals, especially on weekends.

Convenient location near shops, restaurants, CBD. Lap pool and spa available. Nice view of the bridge. Quiet environment. Easy access to public transport.

Great value for money! We enjoyed the complementary room service and the fact that our room was ready when we arrived early. the location was central, right next to a tram stop, and it made it easy to get around and explore the city.

There were some minor issues that detracted from the overall experience. the room was a bit dusty, but nothing a quick clean couldn't fix.

I had an exceptional stay at Four Points in Melbourne! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They took a genuine interest in me and made sure I had everything I needed. They even extended their hospitality after check-out, providing access to facilities, complimentary drinks, and bag minding services. The facilities and rooms were fantastic, especially the beautiful pool and spa with breathtaking views and sunsets. I can't speak highly enough of this place!

Comfortable bed and great showers. Convenient location near trams and easy access to the airport. Plus, the staff were always pleasant, polite, and helpful.

The carpets on my floor were not cleaned every day and were very dusty. the air-conditioning in my room didn't work, making it uncomfortable during the night.
