The breakfast omelette was amazing. Great location, walking distance to everything with a tram nearby. The barman was polite and efficient. Room was clean and spacious with a real bathroom. Affordable price with a delicious full breakfast included.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was great, with an easy walk to central station and all the public transport options, and the central park precinct had a nice vibe. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, particularly the barman who went above and beyond to make sure our meal was kept warm when we were on a long phone call. the service was excellent and the staff made us feel very welcome.

Staying here was a real treat! This place is in an interesting area that is perfect for tourists, being right in the central point of everything. The room was clean and spacious, with really nice amenities like soundproofed rooms and an in-room safe. I loved having free Wi-Fi in the room too. The staff at this hotel were amazing, with gereta customer service from the friendly staff who were always happy to help with anything I needed. On top of that, the facilities were great, with a fitness centre and a restaurant that had delicious food. All in all, it was a great experience.

The staff were lovely, attentive, professional, and made us feel very comfortable. They were always friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The breakfast was beautiful, with an amazing omelette and delicious pancakes that our daughter loved. We also loved the gym and found the bed and pillows to be fantastic.

The hotel offered nice staff and great buffet breakfast. the location was perfect, close to public transport and shops. the modern and stylish decor of the room and bathroom impressed me. the room even had a recycling bin making me more aware of my environmental impact.

Finding parking to check-in was difficult, and the hotel did not have a pool. it was not located in the central point for tourists.

They even checked us in 45 minutes early, which was a nice surprise. the hotel itself was in a great location, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good selection of food, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the lack of a pool was unexpected and a letdown.
