The location was perfect, right off the main street near St. John's Cathedral, with everything we wanted from Valletta within reach. The room was modern, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast, although not a buffet, offered good quality options. We enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel restaurant, Grana. The staff were very helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The amazing quiet terrace, the nice room with marble floors, and the sky window added to the overall experience. The comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep.

The breakfast is amazing, with a huge variety and high-quality food, particularly the delicious fresh fruit.

The value for money at Cumberland Hotel By Neu Collective was great, and the room was spacious, modern, and clean. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything in Valletta, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

I appreciated the complementary bottle of wine gifted to me on Thanksgiving, as well as the free internet access in the lobby. the hotel was conveniently situated near several restaurants and shops, which made it easy to explore the area. the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the staff, the problem was not resolved. the breakfast was unsatisfactory with unappetizing food, and the waitstaff was not knowledgeable about basic coffee drinks.
