the spacious unit was well-equipped, but some amenities needed attention. Despite a few hiccups, the excellent outdoor facilities and prime location made up for any shortcomings. the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my visit.

we had an amazing stay at Ultiqa Freshwater Point Resort! the spacious apartment was well, appointed with a lovely deep bath, offering great views of the river. the location was perfect, just a short walk to Broadbeach's main area and the tram. added bonus, breakfast was included, though minimal, it suited our needs well. the staff was friendly, especially teresa at reception, who made our check, in seamless.

the ultiqu freshwater point resort was super clean & homey - close to the beach which was perfect. the staff was lovely & checking in early was a breeze. loved the complimentary drinks & yummy breakfast. the room decor was a hit, and the facilities like the pool were great.

The rooms were spacious and comfy, fit our huge family perfectly, and being near the beach and shops was a dream. the pool and sauna were awesome hangout spots after a day out, and the friendly staff made our stay even more chill. Only bummer was the aircon in our first room not working, had to switch, but the evening staff saved the day, so thumbs up overall! 🌴

The room was spacious with a comfy bed and well-maintained dishware. Breakfast was included and served at the on-site cafe which offered a delicious variety of food and drink options. the location was convenient, with easy access to shops and sporting events.

Parking can be troublesome as there are limited spaces for guests, and some have to park outside. the shower over the bath lacked handholds, making it potentially hazardous, and it was inconvenient that there was no shelving in the bedroom wardrobe.

The location of the resort is ideal for solo travelers attending conventions, as it is within walking distance of the convention center. there is a charming cafe just opposite the resort, providing a convenient spot for a quick bite or a caffeine fix. Despite being close to everything, the resort maintains a peaceful atmosphere, allowing guests to relax and unwind.

The room itself was not well-maintained, with a noticeable hole in the wall that appeared to have been poorly patched up.

Overall great sized room, ideal kitchen facilities, nice breakfast, great coffee, beautiful balcony view.
