This hotel was a real gem! The staff were absolutely phenomenal, always smiling and polite. They made us feel so welcome, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The animation team, Aron and Alesia, were amazing too. They kept everyone entertained with a range of fun activities, from darts to water polo. We also loved the location of the hotel, as it was just opposite the restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals in the evening. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a lovely view from our balcony. Plus, having a 24hr coffee machine in the lobby was a great perk for us early risers.

All was fantastic, no improvements needed.

Lovely family holiday

We just returned from a fantastic family holiday at this lovely resort. The spacious and clean apartments were perfect for our family, and we especially appreciated the fridge and kettle. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable, especially the bar and entertainment teams. We highly recommend the speed boat trip with the black lizard tour, it was a brilliant few hours with stops at the island and caves. we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to others.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The swimming pool was nice and I loved the views from my apartment. The location was great, with the beach just a 4-minute walk away. The kitchen was fully equipped and I had everything I needed to cook. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and sanitised regularly throughout my stay.

The friendly activities, such as the poolside games organized by Aaron and his team, provide entertainment for both children and adults. the hotel offers free Wi-Fi in the reception area, allowing guests to stay connected during their stay.

One minor drawback is that the hotel's evening entertainment could benefit from a more authentic Spanish touch, such as traditional music or dancing. However, the performances are still enjoyable overall.

My partner and I had a wonderful romantic escape here. the pool was absolutely fantastic; it was spacious, beautiful and perfect for couples like us who wanted to relax and soak up the sun. We never had to fight for a sunbed, which was a relief. the food was a pleasant surprise, diverse and high quality. the location was excellent, just a stone's throw from the beach, perfect for lazy morning walks.

While the pool was absolutely stunning, it was a bit too chilly to enjoy for long periods of time. we noticed a dip in the middle that could be a safety concern for families with children.
