The staff were amazing, making our stay great. Air conditioning was on when we arrived. Comfy beds in a clean cabin with lots of space. Convenient location near the river, cafes, and shopping centre. Will definitely stay again.

Nepean By Gateway Lifestyle Holiday Parks is an affordable holiday spot that is well worth a visit. The location can't be beaten as it's close to the stunning Nepean River and scenic mountains. The hotel's basic amenities and comfortable rooms, complete with two single beds, offer great value for money. The staff provided attentive service, and breakfast was such a delight.

The hotel's blinds could have been cleaner, but overall, this hotel was great.

The accommodation was neat and well-kept, with a lovely location. The cabins were quite comfortable with clean linen and toiletries regularly supplied. The staff turned on the air conditioning on a cold day, which was very thoughtful of them. The complementary microwave and fridge in the room was quite useful.

Some of the rooms were tiny, old, and had an uncomfortable bed. The walls had marks, holes, and patches, carpets were stained and the whole place had a bad vibe.

Great location with Nepean river right across the road and close to Penrith Panthers and plenty of family-friendly activities. Comfy beds and well-equipped cabins. Kids loved the pool and playground equipment along the river.
