Great facilities for families, with a large playroom and pools for the kids. the architectural detailing was impressive, showcasing custom-made doors and lighting from the 80s. the view from the hotel was also a highlight, providing a pleasant ambiance during the stay.

The breakfast and coffee were below expectations, lacking in taste and quality. the staff's attitude towards accommodating guests' requests, such as using the espresso machine, left much to be desired.

Good value for money, central location within walking distance to many attractions. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern facilities. the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty, with a good selection of hot and cold dishes.

The noise level was unbearable due to nearby construction work. It made it difficult to sleep late or relax during the day.

We had a great time staying at this place. The location was fantastic, right along the lakefront, offering breathtaking views of the city's skyline. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and ample space for our family of three. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and the amenities provided in the room, such as the ironing facilities and tea/coffee making facilities. the service and comfort provided here were top-notch.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk downhill from the train station and close to many restaurants. The room was big, cosy, and offered a beautiful view of the city and river. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious and the breakfast room was spacious. The hotel also had a sauna and pool that looked tempting.
