We stayed at a fantastic resort in Caloundra for a week and loved every moment. the facilities were top-notch, with a clean pool, friendly staff, and on-site parking. Being next to the beach was a bonus, and the large balcony offered stunning views. the convenience of nearby shops and a pastry shop made our stay even better.

We particularly enjoyed the direct access to a tiny, quiet sandy stretch with calm rippling waves, ideal for our beach-wary toddler. the outdoor swimming pool and beachfront access provided great entertainment options. the town's amenities and the choice between pool relaxation or quiet beach time with flags for the kids were convenient for families.

One aspect that could be improved at this hotel is the outdated furniture in some rooms, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. the lack of ceiling fans in certain rooms made it challenging to achieve a comfortable temperature during warmer nights.

The decoration at the hotel was so charming and had such a lovely beachy feel to it. the general areas were easy to navigate, with plenty of seating for resting tired legs. the hotel's accessibility for senior people was fantastic, with ramps and elevators making it easy to get around.

More assistance from the children working there would make the vacation even better for seniors.

The culinary scene near Gemini Resort in Caloundra is a ripper, mate! From the mouthwatering nosh at the Bean Shak to the scrumptious bites at Golden Grill, you're spoiled for choice, ya know? Plus, the ocean view and top-notch pool area had us feeling like legends. Staff were ace too, always there with a friendly g'day.

The unit sure could use a bit of a spruce-up with better kitchen stock and fresher placemats. the unexpected maintenance noise was a bit of a drongo, but that didn't dampen our ripper stay, fair dinkum.

We recently stayed at a resort in Caloundra and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, as it was situated right on a roundabout, making it convenient to access shops, the beach, and larger supermarkets nearby. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from our room, overlooking a nearby passage. it was a great stay.

We did notice that some areas of the resort were in need of an upgrade.

The hotel was not adequately cleaned before our arrival, and the bedding appeared unwashed. the hotel does not offer free Wi-Fi, and the paid Wi-Fi service was slow and unreliable.

We hit up both the Hotel Triplets Entertainment and the Family zone, jam-packed with awesome games and activities. the pool was dope, and the café had the best snacks to keep us going throughout the day!

We all wished there was a cool rooftop bar to kick back and party with live music under the stars.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hidden gem on the Sunshine Coast. The location was perfect for my young family - close enough to coffee shops and restaurants, yet away from the hustle and bustle. We loved being right on the beach and having parks within a 10-minute walk for the kids. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed, especially the well-equipped kitchen. The highlight for the kids was the brilliant pool area and water slide, which provided endless fun. The staff were also extremely friendly and accommodating.

Despite a minor inconvenience with the lack of air conditioning in the master bedroom, the ceiling fans and large A/C in the living area kept us comfortable throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a memorable family holiday on the Sunshine Coast.
