I had a great time staying at this budget-friendly resort in the Algarve. The location was ideal, being near the beach and close to a golf club. The room I stayed in was well-equipped and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The service provided by the staff was friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The resort also offered great facilities such as pools and a gym. it was a fantastic place to stay.

That the shuttle bus to the nearby town was not very frequent.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The apartments were spotlessly clean and had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen to cook my own meals. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel had multiple swimming pools and leisure areas, and the proximity to the beautiful beach was a major bonus. I also appreciated the various services offered by the hotel, such as car and bicycle hire, as it made exploring the area a breeze.

Our superior 3 bed villa was incredibly well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, which felt like a luxury. The TV had both Irish and English channels, perfect for watching the GAA match. The six different pool areas kept our kids entertained throughout our two-week stay. The kids' fun club was brilliant, with a fantastic man running it who organized pool games, archery, shooting, and even a football club. The location was very quiet, especially in the morning, allowing our kids to sleep in which they never do on holiday. Both of the on-site restaurants were very good and offered great value. We also loved the fact that there was a nice beach within a 10-minute walk, complete with its own beach restaurant. The free shuttle into town was convenient, although it had to be booked in advance. There was also another beach and fishing harbor within a 25-minute walk, offering plenty of shops and restaurants. The on-site shop was reasonably priced, and the staff were extremely helpful and quick to resolve any issues. Security was also top-notch, as we found out when my husband left his camera in a restaurant and was approached by security who had seen him on the cameras. It was reassuring to know they were monitoring and providing security in a non-intrusive way.

We felt incredibly lucky to have found the Balaia Golf Village and had no complaints whatsoever.

The location was perfect for our Christmas getaway, with beautiful grounds and multiple pools to choose from. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out at no extra cost. the mattresses in our room were amazingly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Some of the apartments were in need of an update, with uncomfortable sofa beds and mattresses that felt like sleeping on the floor. We also encountered problems with the pool bar staff, who were rude and closed everything down early.

The apartment was in excellent condition and cleaned regularly. the staff were always very helpful and friendly. the key location facts of the hotel were fantastic, with beautiful gardens and a well-maintained swimming pool. the amenities provided, such as the playground, snackbar, and supermarket, were very convenient and made our stay enjoyable.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the poor quality of the WiFi. Another negative aspect was the lack of options for food and drinks late in the evening.
