I've stayed here several times before and it's always great value for money. The location is superb, close to the ferry and train, making it convenient to explore the city. The old building has a charming character with its creaking floors. The shared bathrooms are clean and always available. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed at Glenferrie Lodge for a few nights during our visit to Sydney. The location was fantastic, with a short walk to the ferry terminal for easy access to Circular Quay and other tourist attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing helpful information about the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities like air conditioning and a lovely garden to relax in. The breakfast was also amazing and well worth the minimal charge. We will definitely be back.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a great price compared to other places. The room was comfortable, the bed was comfy, and everything was very clean. The location in a lovely, historic district was perfect, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel also accepts pets, and the back yard with comfy furniture was a fantastic addition.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by having the tables wiped down more regularly.
