we had stayed at this location before and knew that the staff were great and the rooms were good value. we decided to book a self-contained unit which worked perfectly for our young child. the facilities were pretty good, particularly the spa bath. lovely easy check in, a casual stroll from town. very friendly and an exceptionally clean motel room. very comfortable bed and a fantastic large shower head. i also love that for the price, there was a mini bar available, which was very convenient, and an espresso pod machine as well as a good selection of tea and complimentary biscuits - perfect for an early morning pick me up. the appliances were very clean and the large tv had a great selection. the location for us was great, very close to our family. breakfast was cooked well and served hot. the owners are are friendly, and very helpful. the motel rooms facilities are very clean.

The serene location of the hotel, nestled within established gardens and offering picturesque views, was like finding an oasis in the desert. It felt like a secluded retreat, yet was just a stone's throw away from the vibrant town center. the peaceful setting made me forget my worries and truly unwind.

The motel location was perfect for exploring the town, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the room, as well as the free Wi-Fi.

The staff were not very helpful or friendly. When we asked for recommendations on where to eat, they were uninterested and gave us very little information.

I recently stayed at a lovely accommodation in a peaceful area close to shops. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the highly-rated Beechworth bakery. The room had a beautiful view over the countryside, allowing me to relax and enjoy the serene atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the service provided by the staff was top-notch. Additionally, the accommodation offered great facilities such as a swimming pool and spa, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The noise from the frogs in the little pond nearby made it slightly difficult to sleep at night.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was in a great location, close to the main centre of town and there were plenty of eateries in the area. The service was excellent, with room service available and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, heating and air conditioning, as well as tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor area with garden furniture where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. it provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The warm and friendly welcome at Golden made our stay memorable. The receptionist was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. We had chosen this property because we were traveling with our electric vehicle and needed a charging facility. The hotel had confirmed in advance that a charger would be available, and it was. The receptionist was well-prepared and made our first excursion stress-free. The hotel was conveniently positioned, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. we had a fantastic experience at Golden Heritage Accommodation.
