I had a very comfortable and private stay at a conveniently located hotel near the beach. The unit I stayed in was surprisingly spacious and had a little backyard. I loved having a full kitchen and fridge, as well as the good selection of small breakfast packages. The nearby eating places were also fantastic. The highlight of my stay was definitely riding along Beaches Road and enjoying the beautiful beaches, especially Mordialloc. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and great location.

I did experience a few minor issues such as poor wifi reception and some ants in the bathroom. Additionally, there was a noisy fan coming from the neighboring unit and smoke coming from under the connecting door.

The hotel had a great location in the bar district, close to transportation, and within walking distance to several key attractions. the cleaning staff was friendly and attentive, and the towels and linens were freshly laundered.

The hotel room was outdated and poorly maintained, and the air conditioning was incredibly loud and made it difficult to sleep. there were noisy guests throughout the night, making it challenging to get a restful night's sleep.
