The Management were informative & polite, water pressure was amazing, clean and comfortable room, spacious shower, good staff, quiet location.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at this hotel. They provided all the basic amenities like a microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee/tea, which made my stay very convenient. The staff were friendly and the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. I also loved the spacious car parking right in front of the room, making it easy for me to load and unload my luggage.

We had a fantastic stay at a motel in this city. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The shower head was broken, but the owner quickly replaced it. Great service! We appreciated the helpful staff and their flexibility with our late check-in. The spacious room was comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was convenient, close to a shopping center and the venue we attended. Plus, we could even watch the security cameras on the TV.

Located near a pub, it was convenient for dinner and close to the event I attended. The ground-level, spacious room with two beds and a heater made my stay even more comfortable.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to local attractions and events. Additionally, the room facilities provided were basic but satisfactory, including essentials such as plates, silverware, cups, and glasses.

I was disappointed to find a cockroach in my room, which was quite unsettling and not what I had expected. Furthermore, the communication with the staff was not up to par, as they only engaged with me through an intercom from inside while I stood outside.

We got great value for our money at Golden Palms. The room was modern and comfortable, exactly like the pictures. The location was convenient for shopping and dining, and it was easy to access the Great Ocean Road. The staff was helpful and made our late check-in process smooth.
