During my stay at the Grand Mercure, I was impressed by the modern and comfortable rooms. The apartment layout was excellent and had all the necessary facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The property also had a good security system and secure parking. The best part was the superb pool, which was warm and crystal clear. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

I did have one issue during my stay. The bed was made without a doona cover, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable.

The view was amazing, and the furniture comfortable. The pool was divine and the beach was right across the road. The kitchen was well stocked and the third bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The staff were lovely and the location was great, close to restaurants and shops.

As a disabled guest, I appreciated the spaciousness and accessibility of the apartment.

We stayed at the Grand Mercure Allegra for 3 weeks while waiting for our long-term rental house. The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and well-furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The saltwater pool was huge and warm, and we appreciated the free parking and bike locker. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location on the esplanade was convenient for shops and restaurants. We got a great rate and had a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful stay in a spacious, modern apartment right across from the beach. The furniture was tasteful and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The pool area had pleasant surroundings and the water was heated, perfect for a relaxing swim. Additionally, the location was convenient as it was close to both shops and the beach, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy our time.

The internet connection was poor and unreliable at times.

Great location, within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. the apartment was cozy and comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy the view. the pool area was also great and never overcrowded.

we could only use 400mb per day per apartment, and even then it was unreliable. the bed in the master bedroom was only a double, not a queen or king as expected.

The pool, kitchen utilities, secure parking, perfect location, shops and cafes.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. the luxurious amenities fulfilled all of our needs, especially the outdoor swimming pool and beach access. the location is perfect, just a walk across the road and there's the beach. the garden area was also a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Our only minor issue was with the sauna. It wasn't functioning properly, and the steam room had a strange odor.

Spacious, clean rooms and comfy beds. Enjoyed the heated pool and beach across the road. Friendly, helpful staff. Great spot for a relaxing drink on the balcony.
