We had a fantastic time at The Sebel Twin Waters. The apartment was excellent, staff were welcoming, and the location was perfect for family activities such as fishing, kayaking, and swimming. The property had beautiful views and even some wildlife sightings. We ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. Outstanding service from the staff.

Had a wonderful family vacation with good bedrooms and spacious living areas that had easy access to walkways and the beach. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was quick. The location was also great, with easy access to key tourist spots. The apartment was furnished with modern amenities and quality finishings making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The lack of maintenance, with some parts of the apartment appearing worn and frayed. The lighting in some areas was also poor and could be improved for a better experience.

The private swimming pool was not heated, lights in two toilets were not working properly, and there was a sewage smell in the master bedroom. The staff did their best to address the issues and provide a scented candle to help with the smell. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable and the facilities were well-maintained.
