my stay at grand palais beachside resort was wonderful. the location was perfect, nestled between maroochydore and mooloolaba. the room was clean, well-furnished, and had a stunning view of the beach. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. the amenities like the rooftop area and pool were fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. it was a great place for a beach getaway.

The resort is in a fantastic location, right on the beach. It is also centrally located, with easy access to restaurants and the central shopping area. The rooms are comfortable, with clean beds and pillows. The bathrooms are clean, and some even have a small washer and dryer. The underground parking is a convenient feature, with numbered parking spaces and trolleys available for luggage.

The traffic noise during the day can be annoying.

The view from our room was stunning, and we could watch the surfers and paddlers while having breakfast. the location was perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby and a corner store within walking distance. We also appreciated the easy access to the beach for our morning walks.

The noise from the main road was quite loud during the day, and changing channels on the TV was tricky. upon arrival, there was a strong smell of bleach in the unit that took some time to dissipate.

Outstanding Location and Fantastic Amenities

The location of the resort was exceptional, just opposite the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. the heated outdoor pool was a great feature, and the recently renovated apartment had everything one could need for a comfortable stay. One improvement could be better maintenance of the amenities and quicker response to cleaning issues.

During a recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Palais Beachside Resort in Alexandra Headland, chosen by my director. the view from the property was truly second to none, offering breathtaking sights of Alexandra Headland and the stunning beaches along the coast. the entire resort was meticulously clean, and all staff members were welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the spacious parking garage made coming and going a stress-free experience. the fast internet speed was a bonus, and the lovely apartment provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I particularly appreciated the prompt hot water and the ease of access to amenities. Grand Palais Beachside Resort sets the bar high for accommodation establishments, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

There was a strong smell of bleach in the unit upon arrival, emanating from the spa.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It is situated right across the road from the beach, with a convenient pedestrian crossing right outside the hotel. It was so easy for us to enjoy long walks along the beach, thanks to the walking path that runs along the shore. The views from the balcony were stunning, especially during sunrise. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to provide us with information on local cafes and activities. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also loved the pool area, with its beautiful surroundings and convenient BBQ facilities.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Great Location and Stunning Ocean Views

I had an amazing stay at a beachside resort in a fantastic location. The hotel was just across the road from the beach, offering breathtaking ocean views. The unit I stayed in had a balcony overlooking the beach, and I even had my own personal rooftop balcony. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service, making my experience even better. The facilities were great, although some areas showed minor signs of aging. Despite encountering a couple of drawbacks, such as a closed pool for maintenance and a few outdated amenities, I still believe that my stay at this resort was definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to enjoy the Alexandra Headland area.
