As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the hotel's convenient location near shops, a mall, and a hawker food center with incredible food. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the breakfasts were really nice. The pool was a refreshing way to cool off after exploring in the Singapore heat. The rooms were well-equipped, and we appreciated the daily cleaning and the extra amenities provided.

A Great Stay at Momentus Hotel Alexandra!

During my stay at Momentus Hotel Alexandra, I had a wonderful experience. The rooms were nice and comfortable, providing a pleasant atmosphere for both business and pleasure. The hotel's location was also convenient, with IKEA nearby and AnchorPoint just across the street, making it easy to fulfill my basic needs.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was cleaned daily and well-equipped, with thoughtful extras like toothpaste, toothbrush, and a shaving razor. The bed was comfortable, lighting was good, and the Wi-Fi and phone were valuable amenities. Special commendation to Kelson and Juma'at for their professional and friendly service, and for making my birthday weekend extra special. The hotel's service exceeded my expectations, even surpassing other hotels in the same chain. I will definitely be returning!

The only downside was the poor soundproofing of the rooms. I could hear loud noises from neighboring rooms, including conversations, door slamming, and even the cleaners in the morning.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel that offered a good breakfast selection. the staff at Momentus Hotel Alexandra were cheerful, polite, and very knowledgeable. We were able to check in early and check out late, and our room, while not spacious, was clean and well-maintained. We were even given the opportunity to upgrade to the Crystal Club, where we enjoyed light dinner and breakfast. the hotel also surprised us with complimentary coffee on the day of our checkout. Thank you to the hotel for the great arrangements and excellent service!

the hotel staff were lovely and the facilities were good. the breakfast options provided were satisfactory and the pool was a great place to relax. the rooms were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. We would consider staying here again, as the additional cost was worth the amenities received compared to cheaper options. the hotel was also conveniently located near various restaurants, though it was a bit far from the tourist district.

Our stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. the bathroom had a small, unmarked step that we kept tripping over, and the room was placed next to the elevator, leading to constant noise from passing guests.

The hotel where we stayed at Thanksgiving was great! the staff was very attentive and professional. We loved the fact that they offered complimentary breakfast and happy hour with drinks and snacks. the pool was fantastic and very relaxing after a day of sightseeing. the hotel was located near many restaurants and stores, making it easy to find good food and souvenirs to take back home.

The TV in our room wasn't working properly, and it took a while for the technical staff to fix it. the room was smaller than we expected and felt a bit cramped with all our luggage.
