The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was cleaned daily and well-equipped, with thoughtful extras like toothpaste, toothbrush, and a shaving razor. The bed was comfortable, lighting was good, and the Wi-Fi and phone were valuable amenities. Special commendation to Kelson and Juma'at for their professional and friendly service, and for making my birthday weekend extra special. The hotel's service exceeded my expectations, even surpassing other hotels in the same chain. I will definitely be returning!

The hotel was conveniently located near shopping places and a popular seafood restaurant. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a large shower. the view from the hotel was amazing and the amenities, like the pool and bar, were top-notch. it felt like a luxurious holiday at an affordable rate.

The only downside was the poor soundproofing of the rooms. I could hear loud noises from neighboring rooms, including conversations, door slamming, and even the cleaners in the morning.

Our stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. the bathroom had a small, unmarked step that we kept tripping over, and the room was placed next to the elevator, leading to constant noise from passing guests.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable at Momentus Hotel. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, making us feel well taken care of. The location was convenient, with nearby bus stations and a free hotel shuttle to main MRT stations. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and the option to try out local delicacies just across the street. The pool was a great way to relax after a day of exploring the city.
