The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs. the modern and clean room provided a pleasant stay. the noise from the fridge and lack of a rug in the room were minor inconveniences.

had the best time at this cozy spot in the heart of bairnsdale, the intimate decor and comfy bed made for a serene stay on our honeymoon. the attentive staff and delicious food really stood out - exceeded our expectations. grand terminus was a true gem in gippsland!

Stayed in a queen room, cozy but tight. Spacious bathroom, limited storage. Noisy street traffic starting early. Wore earplugs for better sleep. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
