The staff at Aaj Haveli - Lake Facing Boutique Hotel By Levelup Hotels went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel interiors were tastefully done, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The food was excellent, and the chef and hotel staff accommodated all our special requests. The views from the terrace were breathtaking and created the perfect atmosphere for our family celebration.

The location of the hotel, which was tucked away in the narrow alleyways of the old city. It was not straightforward to get to or leave the hotel, as cars were not allowed and needed to be parked at a car park a mile away.

It is nestled in the maze-like narrow alleyways of the old city, offering an authentic experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious interiors. The staff is accommodating and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy beautiful views from the terrace, creating a perfect ambiance for family celebrations. The hotel also provides basic amenities such as mineral water bottles and a small fridge in the room.

The staff may be incompetent at providing information and can be quite noisy, particularly in the early morning hours, which can disrupt sleep.

Spent my xmas break in a lovely new property that offered great service in a less crowded area, with amazing views from the rooftop. Loved the cleanliness of the place and that the rooms had nice bedding. the location wasn't too close to the bustling city center, which made for a more peaceful stay. I also enjoyed the fact that staff were very helpful, with Anuj standing out as a top employee.

The accessibility to the hotel was poor, since taxis couldn't reach the hotel doorstep and the surrounding streets can feel narrow and intimidating. the rooms were small and lacked basic amenities such as sufficient towels, dustbins, and toiletries.

The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the happy hour at the bar/lounge area was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities, added to our comfort. The sitting area and terrace provided a cozy spot to relax and soak in the surroundings. the hotel offered enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.
