The spacious king suite exceeded our expectations, with fresh and luxurious white linens and towels. The staff promptly assisted us with our lost item and arranged for it to be delivered by post. The location was convenient, and the units, although a bit dated, were clean and well-maintained. The friendly staff catered to our needs and made our stay enjoyable. The comfortable beds and the great surroundings of the motel added to the overall experience. We highly recommend this place for a memorable stay in Margaret River.

The location of the motel is perfect, right across the street from the hospital in case of emergencies and close to the town center. The king bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, and the lady at the front desk provided excellent service. The room was clean and well laid out, with a fridge that had complimentary water and milk.

The motel was a bit short on cutlery, lacking in knives and forks, which was a minor inconvenience.

Stayed for a night and found the receptionist very warm and helpful. Our room had two king beds which were comfortable and there were enough toiletries for everyone. Convenient parking spot right outside our door made it easier for us with luggage.

The sheets on one of the twin beds were left unmade with visible wrinkles from the previous occupant. This caused inconvenience and when we attempted to reach the night manager for assistance, he was unavailable despite calling the emergency number.

We had a fantastic stay at this motel in Margaret River. The location was perfect, with a short walk to some amazing wineries and delicious restaurants. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed that made us feel right at home. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden views from our room. a wonderful experience that we highly recommend.

It would have been nice to have a printer in the room for business needs.

I loved the location of this accommodation. It was within walking distance to the town centre, which made it convenient for exploring. The highlight of my stay was the huge bathroom, which was also suitable for disabled guests. It was spacious and well-maintained.

Although the property was aging, I could see that the owners were investing in modernizing it. The WiFi was a bit problematic, but after speaking to Donna, she kindly offered me space in the lobby where I could work.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the centre of town, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any reasonable request. The rooms were clean and equipped with good facilities, including a balcony that overlooks a beautiful garden.
