we really loved our short stay at grapevines boutique accommodation. the setting was so tranquil, just what we needed to get away from everything. the location was fantastic, an easy walk for meals or a short drive, and the villa was spotless with a lovely cheese platter and wine. aileen, our host, had wonderful local knowledge and it was a delight to relax in the beautiful gardens and watch hot air balloons in the morning.

The property itself is like a big house divided in the middle with 2 guest rooms on each side. The surrounding views are stunning and add to the overall charm of the place.

There were no curtains in one of the bedrooms, which made it difficult to sleep with the light coming in.

Location and views magical, but accommodation slightly disappointing. Unsure of current meaning of "boutique". Friendly staff and well-equipped studio with surprising kitchenette. Wine, cheese, and clean facilities provided. Beautiful gardens, would return for attractions in nearby Hunter.
