The motel is conveniently located in the heart of the town, just across the road from the famous Hot Pools. It's also within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and other amenities, making it extremely convenient for a family with small kids. The rooms are clean and tidy, with spacious beds and functional kitchens providing all we needed for our stay.

We were disappointed by the lack of soundproofing between the rooms. The thin walls made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, as we could hear conversations and even snoring from our neighbors.

The staff and location were great. The luxury units had lovely furnishings and accessories. Free towels for the hot pools were a big plus. We were able to book a variety of units to accommodate our family group. Good supply of towels for the hot pools. The room was warmed for us prior to arrival. Comfy bed and suited our needs for a night away. Good wifi. Clean rooms and well-equipped. The wooden style added to the relaxing atmosphere and was inkeeping with the town. Access was great and it was a very short walk to great restaurants as well as a fantastic Asian takeaway directly across the road.
