The room at the resort was spacious and clean, just like the photos showed. The bathroom was also great, with modern fixtures and ample space. Additionally, the resort's location on the island provided a beautiful green lush setting, which added to the overall atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility.

There were a few negative aspects to note. During the day, the resort was overrun by day tourists, which made beach activities unpleasant and crowded.

The resort is right off the beach, providing immediate access to crystal clear waters and pristine snorkelling spots. the resort is very close to the outer reef, offering amazing opportunities for underwater exploration. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The resort also offers a variety of facilities, such as a glass-bottom boat ride and guided nature walks, providing entertainment and education for visitors.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel just off the coast of Cairns. The location was absolutely perfect as it was right next to the beach and very close to the outer reef. The service here was exceptional, with staff offering scripted welcomes and introductions. They were always on hand to assist with any requests, whether it was room service or helping with laundry. The room amenities were also top-notch, with a flat-screen TV, mini-bar, and a spacious sitting area. I particularly enjoyed the welcome drink and the beautiful terrace where I could relax and take in the stunning garden views. the service and facilities at this hotel made my stay truly memorable.

I had an incredible stay at this island resort! The staff were so helpful and kind, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, right next to the beach, and I had the opportunity to snorkel amongst amazing fish without even going on a tour. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with plenty of activities to keep me entertained, from windsurfing to canoeing. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of food options. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, providing sun lounges and umbrellas on the beach, and even organizing fish feeding and sunset drinks. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and friendly staff made this an unforgettable experience.

We recently stayed at a resort on a beautiful island and absolutely loved the experience! The welcome pack provided during check-in was very helpful during the ferry ride. We enjoyed snorkeling with the provided gear and exploring the pristine beaches. The sunset drinks and picnic hamper were fantastic and a great value for money.

Although the food and breakfast were satisfactory, we wished there were more options. , at times the staff seemed understaffed and overwhelmed.
