The room was cozy and inviting with a comfy bed, cable TV for relaxation, and a hot shower for a refreshing start to the day. As a solo traveler, it felt like a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.

The road noise outside the hotel was a bit bothersome at times.

The room was spotless! Loved the comfy bed with clean sheets and a neat shower, perfect for a quick overnight stop. Quick key pad entry made checking in a breeze, and plenty of parking spots available. Staff were super responsive via messages. the attached pub had great dinner options too. ♫ Dinner and live entertainment on site! Room had a slight cigarette smell, but the overall stay was hassle-free and relaxing.

we found the staff friendly and helpful, and the room was super clean and comfortable. there were convenient amenities nearby, including a pub, bottle shop, and coffee place right outside the motel. for a pleasant stay, guiding star motel & hotel is a great choice.

During my recent stay at the Guiding Star Motel & Hotel, I had a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were warm, friendly, and always willing to help with any request or inquiry I had.

Outstanding Staff and Service

While the location may be a bit out of the way, the attentive and helpful staff more than made up for it. One minor improvement could be the addition of "Do Not Disturb" signs for rooms, although the staff was accommodating when I requested privacy.

Great customer service from the staff! They were very friendly and accommodating. the room was clean and comfortable with a very comfortable bed. the food at the nearby bistro was amazing and had reasonable prices. the location was perfect for my work trip and easy to navigate.
