The bathroom exhaust fan can be noisy and make the bathroom colder, which may not be ideal during chilly temperatures.

The free Wi-Fi in the room was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. we had a great time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

The room was clean and fresh, and the towels provided were lovely. Despite being close to a major road, there was no traffic noise at all, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location was also convenient, with Canberra and other great spots for kids just a short drive away. We were impressed by the helpfulness of the owner in solving any issues that arose during our stay. As a bonus, the room also had Foxtel for our entertainment.

The bathroom was a little small, but perfectly adequate for a short stay. The shower tiles were in need of repair, and there was some mould on the bottom tiles, which is a shame as it detracted a little from the otherwise high standard of cleanliness.
