The motel had everything we needed, and the staff were just so lovely and helpful. the room, while not super modern, was clean and had all the amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and easy. the pool and BBQ facilities were great for chilling out, but the only downside was the unfriendly attitude from the management, which was a bit of a letdown. our stay was awesome! 🌴.

As a dad of a large family, our recent stay at Haven Waters Motel was a blast for the kiddos! the kept them giggling non-stop with its fun games and activities.

For dads, it would be great to have a designated play area for the kids, offering a chance for parents to relax while keeping an eye on them.

Bright, airy room. Luxuriously comfortable king bed. Close proximity to the waterfront and walking tracks. Only three doors from the bowls club, for drinks, dinner and on Thursday nights, live music.

Internet connectivity was occasionally unstable.

north haven was a delight, but haven waters exceeded all expectations. the friendly team, comfy room with amenities, and ideal location impressed me. definitely coming back!

we easily found haven waters motel & apartments even without phone service, just go straight haha. stuff there is very helpful. love the relaxing area with lots to offer. comfortable room with kitchenette. close to amenities, bike path, and waterfront. chill under large tree.

The location of the motel was perfect for us as it was close to everything we needed. We were just a short walk away from the club and cafes, and the beach was also nearby. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed. The kitchenette provided all the necessary facilities, and we enjoyed the Foxtel movie channel. The motel also had a nice pool and outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ, which was a great advantage.

The bathroom in our room had outdated avocado tiles, which was a bit disappointing.

The motel was beyond excellent, beautifully cared for, tastefully furbished, and the whole team goes above and beyond. the area is amazing, love North Haven. the room was clean and comfortable. Definitely coming back. To the team, thank you for a great stay!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. the prices were very reasonable for what was offered. The attention to detail was impressive, with spotless rooms and lovely crisp sheets. The location was perfect, right opposite the river and next to the North Haven Bowling Club, which offered a nice discount on meals and drinks for hotel guests. The staff were friendly and provided great service, and the rooms had all the basic amenities one would need, including a large balcony overlooking the river and comfortable beds. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, a great way to start the day.

Everything was just perfect during my stay.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. the hotel was within walking distance to some good restaurants and cafes. the hotel had a pool, which was refreshing and a nice place to relax.

The staff was not personable or friendly. Check-in was efficient, but not welcoming.
