We also enjoyed the evening meals, which required preordering. The log burner added a cozy touch to our evenings. The location was convenient, and we were able to park our car right outside the door. The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel, along with the warm and welcoming staff, made our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciated the early breakfast option provided by Jonathan.

Our room, number 10, was spacious and had a beautiful bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a bath. the hotel is centrally located in the village, right next to the river.

The double bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were exceptional, especially the lady who served us breakfast. Speaking of which, the breakfast itself was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offers room service, ensuring that guests have everything they need at their fingertips. The amenities provided, such as ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities, were convenient and greatly appreciated.

The woman serving breakfast was lovely and breakfast choice great. Location was perfect. Very chilled with dogs. Great they’re allowed anywhere. Would return and recommend just for that. The room was spacious and modern with a big comfy bed and a luxurious bathroom with a huge roll top bath. The restaurant, No. 1 Fleet Street, was amazing. The chef supplied an amazing dinner. The inn was really clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The breakfast in the pub restaurant was excellent.

Despite the traffic, it didn't disrupt my sleep. the superior king room was spacious and comfortable. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Although the restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday, it didn't affect my overall experience. the staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. It's a great base for exploring the stunning nearby countryside. I can't wait to return!
