We had a fantastic stay at this motel. the suite was spacious with a lovely ocean view from the balcony. It had a lounge, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. the location was perfect, within walking distance to museums, shops, restaurants, and lookout points. the relief managers were friendly and gave us great recommendations. We also appreciated the easy accessibility to beautiful sights in the surrounding area. our experience at Heritage House Motel & Units exceeded our expectations.

The scenery is breathtaking, with views of the sea from the window and corridor. The wifi is fast, the best I've experienced on my trip. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Cynthia made check-in easy and provided all the necessary information beforehand. We enjoyed the private balcony and the complimentary Netflix on rainy evenings. The location is convenient, close to shops.

We had an exceptional stay at this motel! The location is perfect, situated on top of the hill, offering stunning views of the ocean. We were in awe of the breathtaking sunset from our balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable, with modern updates like a new lounge. The staff were lovely and provided accurate recommendations for nearby food outlets. We also loved the convenience of being close to shops and restaurants. a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

The bathroom could benefit from a larger extraction fan to prevent it from steaming up.

I stayed at this place for one night during my roadtrip and I was blown away by the stunning views. I had a unit on the 1st floor with a view of the bay, it was absolutely breathtaking. The location is perfect, right next to the Killer Whale museum and just a short walk downhill to the wharf with charming cafes. The room was clean and had everything I needed, I couldn't ask for more.

We had a great Christmas staying at a motel in a town by the sea. the motel was close to shops and restaurants, and we had a fantastic view of the ocean from our room. We were delighted with the free WiFi and the clean and spacious room, which even had a microwave and utensils. the staff was very welcoming and offered us two complimentary facts about the area which we found very helpful.

The noise from other guests using the upstairs bathroom early in the morning. the slippery bathroom floor was also an issue.
