recently stayed in budgewoi and again at hibiscus lakeside motel. room was ready for early arrival. spacious, bright room with comfy beds. great location by the lake, beautiful view.

I felt like a VIP with the excellent customer service. the staff was more attentive than a butler at a royal palace! They even surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to a room with a breathtaking view. It was a truly magical experience!

The hotel's staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the location of the hotel by the lake was absolutely stunning, providing a peaceful atmosphere. the room was clean, comfy, and nicely decorated, with a beautiful view of the river outside - we were pleasantly surprised. the option to have in-room breakfast was convenient and sufficient for the price. the take away and restaurant area nearby was excellent, offering a variety of dining choices just a stone's throw away.

There were a few tiny ants in the shower and around the toilet, but it wasn't a major issue as everything else in the room was perfect. It would be great if the exterior of the hotel could be updated to enhance the overall appeal of the property.

As young people, we absolutely loved the contemporary and clean facilities at this gem of a place! The staff were amazingly helpful and kind, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, with shops, the beach, and transport nearby. The fact that the motel is right by the lake with a beautiful path and scenery made it even better. Great value for money!

The staff quickly replaced our broken TV and apologized. The motel is right on the lakefront with well-maintained rooms. Conveniently close to town amenities and a short drive to the beach. Great value for money, would stay again.

The motel is located in a great spot, right on the canal and a short stroll to restaurants. You can easily walk to the best fish & chips on the Coast. The room is clean and tidy, with comfy beds. The bathroom is acceptable, although it could use some renovation. The motel offers a lovely view of the nearby lake. Neg: The exhaust fan in the bathroom is noisy.

No major issues, everything was fine during my stay.

Our recent stay at a lakeside motel was fantastic! The room was fresh and clean, with a lovely new bathroom and a practical little kitchenette. The breakfast packs were OK and the water bottles were a useful addition. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The shower was very loud when turned on, making it difficult to sleep through the night. our New Year experience at the hotel left much to be desired.
