We enjoyed the location and how close the hotel was to the tram for easy city access. the cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, with a pleasant surprise of being within walking distance to various amenities and the hospital. the staff were helpful and the parking was secure and convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to everything we needed, including a hospital and a cafe for our morning coffee. The room had all the amenities we could ask for, from ironing facilities to a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony provided a lovely sitting area, and we enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and free toiletries provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location is perfect, just a minute walk to Chapel Street with plenty of shops and cafes. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. I loved the balcony with its stunning view of the city. The free parking and high-speed wifi were great added bonuses. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the apartments was perfect for us, as we were close to everything we needed. We were just a short walk away from Chapel Street, where we found a great selection of eateries and restaurants. The apartment itself was well equipped, with modern facilities and a comfortable bed. The balcony provided a great view of the city, and the free parking and high-speed wifi were added bonuses.

The cleanliness of the room could have been improved, as we noticed some dirty walls and grit around the sink and hot plates.

The apartment exceeded expectations - comfortable, clean, practical. Lots of storage. Easy key collection and drop-off. Well thought-out systems. Quiet location. Access to balcony. Convenient parking. Everything worked as it should. Close to tram and train stops. 15 minutes away from the center of town and Chapel St.

Don't have any issues at all.

The perfect spot for our Thanksgiving trip! the apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better - we were right in the heart of the action. Plus, having a safe and secure parking spot was a major bonus. the keyless entry system made it incredibly easy to come and go as we pleased.

While we loved the location and convenience of this apartment, the lack of variety in the tea selection was a bit disappointing. All in all, though, these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise enjoyable holiday.
