Great location right in the heart of downtown with easy access to the city center and Queen Street Mall. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice big bed. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options with something for everyone. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bell staff who provided excellent service. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a centrally located hotel in Brisbane and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location on Queen Street was perfect for exploring the city and shopping. The hotel even had lift access directly to the shopping strip, which was incredibly convenient. Additionally, it was just a short walk to the casino and the bridge to South Bank.

We had a fantastic stay at Hilton! The gym was well-equipped, and we could enjoy the lovely Atrium with natural lighting. The location was great, and we could walk and dine at lovely restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything we had planned for the weekend. The hotel was located on Queen Street Mall, which was a great convenience for shopping and dining. Our room was clean and well-presented, providing us with a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast selection was satisfactory, offering a variety of options to start the day. the facilities and service exceeded our expectations.

One issue we encountered was with the dinner service, as our order was not put through to the kitchen, resulting in a long wait and a mix-up in the meal we received.

Travelling with my family for my daughters’ 13th birthdays, the service at Hilton was exceptional. They arranged joining rooms effortlessly and surprised the girls with mocktails and birthday treats. The hotel was impeccably clean with comfy beds, good pillows, and plenty of towels. Its central location in the CBD made it even more convenient. The executive club was definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my recent Easter stay, I was pleased with the spacious room and comfortable bedding at the hotel. the location was also a key highlight, as it was conveniently close to everything. Additionally, I enjoyed the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the room.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the breakfast options offered were below expectations for the price paid.

Christmas at this hotel was a delightful experience. the hotel had two fantastic features to offer: a well, equipped gym on the 7th floor and a spacious and almost empty pool on the 8th floor. the hotel's key location was another big plus , it had exits onto two popular streets, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. And as an added bonus, being a Gold status member, I received complimentary breakfast, which was quite good.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the room I was in was a bit outdated and lacked USB sockets, which was a minor inconvenience.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially the gentlemen who arranged taxis and helped with our baggage. They gave great advice on places to visit and how to get there. The gym had a good range of equipment and met our workout expectations. The architectural design of the hotel, with exposed lifts and open spaces, gave it an exciting and adventurous feel.

I recently stayed at Hilton in Brisbane for my engagement party and had a fantastic experience. The valet parking staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and even giving us recommendations for restaurants and maps. The receptionist who checked us in was also lovely and funny. The hotel had a great layout and the rooms were beautiful, with comfortable beds and a working area with an ergonomic chair. The late checkout option at 12pm was a big plus, and the breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot food and pastries. The price I paid was reasonable for the quality of service I received.

Would recommend this hotel.
