the blend of old and new at this hotel was truly inspiring. the breakfast was fabulous, rooms beautifully decked out, and beds extremely comfy. the welcoming staff went above and beyond, making us feel right at home during our staycation wedding event in melbourne. hilton truly raised the bar.

I keep coming back for the warm welcome and top-notch service. They found my lost ring once. Everything I need is here: storage, 24/7 staff, bar, gym, laundry. Returning for Christmas!

The art deco-inspired bar truly felt like a hidden gem, with a cocktail selection as diverse as a rainbow. Sipping on a delicious concoction, I felt like a modern-day Gatsby, soaking in the elegance and charm of the roaring '20s.

The front desk service was exceptional, with all staff being extremely courteous and friendly. Carlo, the front desk manager, went above and beyond by accommodating our early check-in request after a long drive. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect with easy access to public transportation. The hotel's Art Deco design and comfortable beds added to the overall charm. However, the inconsistency with breakfast charges and slow check-out process were minor drawbacks.

The location of Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street was perfect for exploring the city. It was close to trams, SouthBank, and Collins Street, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and quiet, with a comfortable bed and clean amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during the busy Formula 1 Grand Prix. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel exceeded our luxury expectations as it provided exclusive amenities such as a private facility, special diet menus, and in, room breakfast. the location advantage was remarkable, as we were able to visit the nearby casino and explore the area's attractions.

The service was not up to par as we encountered a minor issue with our check, out time. the staff member belittled us and provided conflicting information regarding the additional charges for an extended check, out, which left us feeling disrespected and frustrated.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, close to all the trams and surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants and shopping options. The staff provides exemplary service, accommodating all our needs and even offering an upgrade. The aesthetic bathroom and comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast and coffee were delicious, and the Chromecast was a useful feature.

The hotel is situated in an untidy alleyway, which may not be appealing to some guests.

The hotel's location is perfect for my event at the RACV club, as it is just across the road. Additionally, the comfortable bed provided me with a great night's sleep, which was exactly what I needed after the event. The hotel is in great condition and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The reception staff, especially Nathan, were excellent, and the gym was also nice.

Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.
