We had a wonderful experience staying at Emaar Elite in Makkah City Center. the hotel's location is premium, just a short 7-8 minute walk to the Haram. the hotel interior is awesome, with clean and prestigious rooms. the quality of the hotel is great, and the price is affordable. There are also shops and restaurants nearby with reasonable prices. the facilities are very good, and they have an excellent prayer room for both men and women. the basic breakfast and dinner served at the hotel are of good quality. we were impressed with the hotel and would definitely stay again.

We found it convenient to walk downhill to the Haram, and a short taxi ride of 10 SAR was enough to come back to the hotel. the hotel interior was awesome, and overall, it provided great value for money. the shuttle service to the Haram was good, though finding the bus back at the stop was a bit challenging.

One of the highlights of my stay was the frequent and free bus service provided by the hotel. the bus stop was just outside the hotel and the bus drivers were amazing. They would help you navigate the bus system and let you know which bus to take and when it would arrive. It was very convenient and saved a lot of time.
