The staff's communication skills need significant improvement. They failed to convey important information, such as the unavailability of double beds, leading to disappointment and inconvenience for guests.

Great value for money, rooms are comfortable with plenty of plugs for gadgets. The location is excellent, with easy access to Rundle Mall, Casino, trams, trains, and buses. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We loved the modern decor and spacious breakfast area. The breakfast had a great variety and the lady serving was very friendly. The blackout shades made for a great night's sleep. Our room was comfortable with a nice bed and pillows. we recommend this hotel.

I had a really comfortable stay at this place. The location was really convenient as it was close to everything and the transport was easy to get around on. The room was modern with updated amenities including plenty of USB ports and an excellent shower. The bed was super comfy and there was a nice little couch nook in the corner. Breakfast was simple but delicious with plenty of options to choose from, great coffee, and excellent seating that was so comfortable.

I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone.

The location of the hotel was very convenient; close to everything in the city, including shops and restaurants. It was perfect for our trip to the Convention Centre and river. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was modern, clean, and well-appointed. The hand soap had a great smell and the sanitisers were a nice touch.

There was a noise problem in our room that disturbed our sleep. It seemed like the staff knew about this issue, yet they still put us in that room.

holiday inn express adelaide city centre made my visit so enjoyable! perfect location, close to everything. comfy bed, good wifi, and plenty of channels on the tv. the morning staff was friendly and helpful. highly recommended!

The breakfast area had a lot of space to move around comfortably and had a variety of options to choose from. the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and easily accessible to the main attractions, which made it a perfect spot for a business trip. the hotel's staff was incredibly attentive and approachable.

The soundproofing and cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. Although the room had a fridge, it had an unpleasant smell which put off its use.
