We hit up both Hotel Triplets Entertainment and Family Joint - total blast! the staff were so cool, giving us mad tips. Our room was rad, super trendy and spacious. Plus, easy access to the train station for more epic adventures.

Only thing I'd say could be better for us party-loving peeps would be an on-site nightclub or some sick DJ sets at the hotel. More nighttime fun, you know?

Our suite at Holiday Inn Parramatta had a cozy king bed, a separate living area with a comfy double sofa bed, and a relaxing spa bath. the kids loved lounging on the sofa bed while watching TV.

I wish the room had better shower pressure, but it was still a comfortable stay.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of plates in the room and the air conditioning not being cool enough for my liking, these were minor issues that did not greatly impact my overall experience.

Mate, the homemade ice cream at the restaurant was an absolute winner! the breakfast spread and service were top-notch too. Plus, the staff were beaut!

Now, don't get me started on those carpet stains and dated bathrooms. Oh, and the view of a tin roof when we opened the curtain was a bit of a bummer.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had such a great time here. The location of this place was really convenient; it was just a short walk away from the train station and lots of great shops. The service was amazing too! Everyone who worked here was so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and happy during my stay. Not only that, but the amenities were also top-notch. The room was very clean and had everything I needed, from an ironing board to a refrigerator. Plus, the swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

Received great complimentary service with the staff always willing to help. the hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore the city. We particularly enjoyed the free shuttle service to nearby attractions. Plus, the breakfast was amazing, with many delicious options to choose from.

The reception staff could be improved as we experienced some unhelpful and impatient service. the room service was not as punctual as we would have liked, leading to some delays in our plans.
