I got a welcome drink which was a nice touch and the place was clean. the hotel is located in a good spot - a short stroll to the city center and Spenser street Bus station. the staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade which was lovely.

The breakfast was overpriced and not worth the money. we had to chase up housekeeping multiple times for new towels and toilet paper as they didn't bring them on their own.

The location of the hotel was quite good as it was super close to the casino and very close to the river. It was also very close to everything we wanted to do. The rooms were well equipped with all the necessities, including a hairdryer, kettle, and coffee machine.

They were very insistent on certain things that didn't make sense, and it made the experience very stressful.
