As youngsters, we absolutely loved the modern interiors of the rooms at Excelsior. The casual and trendy design was perfect for our taste. The location was also a huge plus, with a variety of shops and eateries right at our doorstep. We especially loved the fact that it was opposite Atirum Mall, making it super convenient for shopping and dining.

We felt extremely welcome, nothing to complain about.

The housekeeping staff was very responsive to my needs and changed my bedsheets instantly after I complained about a fabric allergy. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast with its diverse options, including traditional and international cuisines. Moreover, the presence of nearby shops and commercial services made my stay even more convenient.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just across from Atrium Mall. The staff was very accommodating and resolved the issue with the dirty electric kettle in my room immediately. a comfortable stay and I would recommend Excelsior.

The hotel staff were amazing, from the check-in to the check-out, they were always courteous and polite. the room amenities were great, and they even provided extra tea and water upon request. the location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to major tourist attractions and an easy commute to the cricket stadium. the breakfast was delicious, with the option to customize scrambled eggs to your liking. the late-night room service was also a plus.

The bathroom was quite small, and the shower area may not be comfortable for larger individuals. the restaurant could have benefited from air conditioning as it was quite warm.

That the air-conditioning in the breakfast hall was not working properly. However, this did not affect my overall experience at the hotel.
