The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed in the bathroom, and the breakfast selection was delicious. The location was perfect, with supermarkets and bottle shops within walking distance. The staff were very accommodating and made our stay enjoyable.

During our stay here, we were pleased to discover almost everything we needed within walking distance of this place. Also, the staff was always happy to help and respond to issues in a timely manner, rendering great service to us. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds, the on-site leisure facilities, and the range of room amenities. In addition, this venue was quite beautiful, with a homely feel to the common areas and outdoor dining area.

We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

As backpackers, we loved the welcoming wood burning fires and live Jazz music in the evenings. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was conveniently within walking distance of both the train station and echo point.

Felt like VIP, absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

We had a pleasant stay during our city break. the complementary breakfasts were great and included a full cooked breakfast. the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showering. the location was ideal being a short walk to town and a nearby club.

The room was quite small and lacked choice in cereals.

Great for families with kids, live music every evening, ideal room for 5 & 8 year olds, perfect location to walk to town for dinner. Attentive and helpful staff, comfortable bed, superb breakfast. Convenient bus service to explore Katoomba and Leura. Will definitely be back. Thanks Abla!

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the key attractions in the area. It is also close to the city center, so you have easy access to shops and restaurants. The hotel is clean and functional, with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast is delicious, with a good selection of food and beverages. The rooms have comfortable beds and some have scenic views.

The bar and common areas were not fully operational during my stay.
