I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Chancellor for my day surgeries to recover and relax. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the RAH, mall shopping, and cinema, providing a convenient option for this country folk to unwind. The staff was friendly and approachable, and the sparkling pool, despite a broken step, was promptly fixed. Our spacious and clean room, complete with a big bathroom and comfortable bed, made our stay truly enjoyable. The cooked breakfast was a treat as well. We'll definitely be back!

The buffet breakfast was a typical but satisfying affair. The hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient, with a short Uber ride costing only $30.

We were refused to order cocktails after enjoying a few, which put a damper on our celebration. We decided to dine elsewhere due to this incident.

The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, and I hear they are in the process of renovating floor by floor, which will definitely elevate the property. The location was ideal, just a block away from the Convention Centre and Rundle Mall. The staff at the front desk were amazing, always willing to assist and even accommodated a last-minute room change for my son to have a bath. The room was clean and quiet, and the facilities were in excellent condition. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated that the prices for room service were the same as the restaurant. a fantastic stay.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Grand Chancellor in Adelaide for a business trip. The location was perfect, offering convenience to my meetings as well as a great variety of nearby cafes, restaurants, and entertainment options. The hotel staff was exceptional, upgrading us to a spacious and comfortable King Suite at a great price. They even allowed us to have additional guests in our room to get ready before going out. The bedding was cozy, the bathroom was clean, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again.

The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city near Festival Hall, trams, trains, and plenty of restaurants. We felt safe with the police station nearby, and it was a short walk to Rundle Mall. The live music in the hotel bar was a highlight for us. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the one bedroom suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were well-equipped. The car park provided by the hotel was convenient, and the bar downstairs had great food and drinks, especially during happy hour.

stayed at hotel grand chancellor, reception staff were fantastic - friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the hotel and the local area. our 1 bedroom suite was spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows. the bathroom was a good size and had a bathtub. great location, very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. the security was also helpful. enjoyed the great facilities including the pool, spa, sauna, and gym. room service was fast and reliable. the bar downstairs had excellent service and there was live music on the weekends. overall, a great place to stay in a central location.
