The rooms were spacious and well-designed, featuring comfortable beds and modern amenities. the soundproofing of the windows was excellent, considering the hotel's proximity to the airport. the hotel's bar and restaurant offered a good selection of drinks and served delicious dishes.

The pricing of the hotel's services, such as room service and the minibar, was quite expensive. It would have been more preferable if they had adopted local policies and pricing.

I got great value for my money at Renaissance. The room was really comfortable with an amazing bed, good linen, and a convenient shower. The location was perfect for airport purposes and the staff were professional and friendly.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe by offering more hot options.

renaissance was a pleasant surprise! after my previous stay in warsaw, i didn't expect much, but this time was different. the hotel staff was so helpful and friendly, and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. i loved the quietness despite being right by the airport. definitely staying here again!

Breakfast timing needs improvement.

The hotel's major selling point is its location, which is so near the airport. The fact that it's speedy to get to the city center is another great thing. However, that's all the positive points I found. The room is normal, the bathroom is small. The service is unsatisfactory, just like the breakfast, and there's nothing unique in the view. The facilities are barely competitive; the gym is equipped alright but that's not enough to dismiss the fact that the staff requires training.

Poor service quality.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenience of the hotel's location, right across the street from the airport gate. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, with tasteful design throughout the lobby and accommodations. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, making us feel special and at home. The hotel offered excellent facilities, including a beautiful swimming pool, relaxing sauna, and an in-house fitness room. The connection from the airport to the city center was excellent, and taxis, as well as trains and buses, were easily accessible within a few minutes' walk.

Exceptional service! We were pleasantly surprised by the helpful and friendly staff at Renaissance. They went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in and late check-out, making our travel schedule much easier. The rooms were modern and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The location, just a short walk from the airport, was incredibly convenient. The sound isolation was impeccable, as we couldn't even tell we were next to an airport. The swimming pool and sauna area were one of the best we've seen in a hotel, adding to our relaxation. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as the high price of breakfast and the lack of openable windows, we felt that the overall value for money was excellent. We will definitely choose Renaissance again for our future stays in Warsaw!

Upon arrival, we were delighted by the hotel's immaculate location and modern decor. Our spacious room had exclusive amenities, including a comfortable bed, a well-stocked minibar, and a stunning rain-dance shower. the staff at this hotel provided excellent service, ensuring we had a memorable stay. We appreciated the luxury of being able to enjoy a relaxing foot massage in the Spa & wellness centre after a long flight. the indoor pool and sauna were clean and made us feel rejuvenated.

While we had an overwhelmingly luxurious experience at this hotel, we found the menu selection at the restaurant to be limited, with only a few traditional dishes. the meals were expensive compared to other restaurants, so we opted to have breakfast elsewhere.

our romantic trip to warsaw was made even better by our stay at the hotel. the rooms were clean and comfy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location at the airport was perfect for our early flight. we were thoroughly impressed with renaissance.

Spent my New Year's Eve in a fantastic hotel with top-notch service. the staff was incredibly helpful, and we enjoyed two complementary events, taking advantage of the hotel's location near the airport. One of the best aspects was the exceptional breakfast spread, including a wide variety of fresh and delicious foods. the location was perfect for our night flight and convenient for exploring the city's nearby attractions. the atmosphere was lovely, relaxed, and perfect for our staycation.

Our only complaint was the towel's quality, which was slightly dry and rough. It didn't bother us too much as it was the only minor detail that we noticed.
