I had a wonderful stay at this place on Sydney's north shore. The location is great, just a short walk from the train station and with easy access to the CBD. The staff were amazing, always friendly and providing great service. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar, terrace, and soundproofing. The dining restaurant on site was fantastic, with delicious food and a great atmosphere.

I highly recommend this venue to everyone.

the location was perfect for me, as it was within walking distance of North Shore Private Hospital. As a country woman in my sixties, I felt safe throughout my stay. the motel provided all the amenities I needed, and the room attendance was excellent. I especially enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the staff at the hotel were amazing and went above and beyond to assist in any way possible. the complimentary shuttle bus to the hospital was a great convenience. I highly recommend Hotel Urban for its outstanding service and comfortable accommodations.

The high street noise level in my room was a major drawback, coupled with minimal amenities provided. the internet was expensive and unreliable, and room service was substandard, with bed making being the only service provided.

The hotel is conveniently located near St Leonards train station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to the Lane Cove tunnel, providing easy access to other areas. The rooms are well-maintained and clean, with new TVs and spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing a homely atmosphere. Guests can enjoy free parking during their stay. The Sure cafe offers delicious food, and the lobby provides comfy couches for guests to relax and work.
